Rental period
Express orders
We have an express order option for same-day or next-day pick-up. There will be an additional fee of 10% added to your total cost. If you require expedited delivery, there will be an extra 10% charge added to the total cost for the rush delivery service. Please note that all express orders require confirmation and are processed by managers during business hours from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Order changing
You can change your order any time if it is more than 2 days before pick-up. Press “edit order” and change everything you want, and don’t forget to press “save changes” after that.
All items in stock on your chosen date can be added to your existing order without making an additional order on the same date.
If it’s less than 2 days before the pick-up time, you can make an additional express order as a new order.

Order booking
After placing an order, you have 2 days to pay the deposit and confirm the booking. A 50% initial payment of the order total is required to secure the booking for the rental order. The balance of the rental fees must be paid in full at least 2 days before the event date. Otherwise, your order will be automatically canceled due to late payment.

Deposit policy
Go Rent may place an authorization hold on your card as a deposit when you rent items. This deposit, calculated based on your order’s size and composition, covers potential delays in return, loss, damage, or other rule violations. The exact amount can be confirmed with our manager. After you return the items and settle any applicable fees, the hold will be released, making the funds available in your account again.

Item damage
You are responsible for all items from delivery to return to the Go Rent collection point. You will be charged for any damage or items lost during the rental period. The prices for loss are indicated for each item separately in the Price List
Permissions and security clearance
Additional expenses
Additional fees may apply for the following cases with Go Rent delivery and setup:
▫ customer pays for parking
▫ carrying furniture and products more than 15 meters from the unloading area
▫ lifting and lowering of furniture and products to a floor without an elevator
▫ courier waiting for more than an hour due to an uncoordinated delay in the installation/dismantling at the venue.
