You can even arrange a proper table setting with the help of our managers to get an idea of how our products will look at your event. Our showroom is open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, and our managers will be happy to assist you. Please book an available time in advance. Our managers will help you create various options from our collections so you can choose the one that perfectly matches your event. We can also provide additional photos and videos of our items upon request.
We will keep you updated via e-mail notifications about all stages of the process, including placing an order, product selection and specifications, payment, delivery, and setup.
You must register on the website and provide your details (e-mail, phone number, and Emirates ID are required). For registration as an event professional, you need to provide your company name, a valid website, or an Instagram account. We offer a 10% discount for event industry professionals. As a professional, you can only have one company account.
You can create orders through your personal account on the go-rent.online, just like on Amazon. We do not send commercial offers by mail or messengers. You can place an order online 24/7 according to our catalog. On the website, you can find all relevant information about item prices and availability.
Select products from the catalog on the site and add them to your cart. Indicate the dates of receiving and returning the order. If necessary, add delivery and setup options and click the “place an order” button.
You can create orders anytime, but please note that orders that require confirmation are processed by managers during business hours from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Our base price includes a rental period of up to 2 calendar days. When you make an order, the surcharge for the third and each following day is 25% of the base rental price.
You can change your order any time if it is more than 48 hours before pick-up. Press “edit order” and change everything you want, and don’t forget to press “save changes” after that.
All items in stock on your chosen date can be added to your existing order without making an additional order on the same date.
If it’s less than 48 hours before the pick-up time, you can make an additional express order as a new order.
We offer a discount for event industry professionals of 10%.
We offer an additional discount after spending 15,000 AED on your orders. You will receive an additional 1% permanent discount, which will increase by 1% for every 15,000 AED spent. The maximum accumulated discount is 25%.
This discount is automatically applied, and we do not recommend creating more than one account per company, as orders from different accounts cannot be combined to increase your total orders and final discount.
After making an order, you have 48 hours to pay the deposit and confirm the booking. A 50% initial order payment is required to secure the booking for the rental order. The balance of the rental fees must be paid in full at most 48 hours before the event date. Otherwise, your order will be canceled automatically due to late payment.
We have a minimum order requirement of 100 AED. You can order one glass or one plate, but the minimum order amount will still be 100 AED.
Enter the proper details in your profile account to make a payment via the website’s payment system or by bank transfer. The website will automatically issue an invoice for payment. Prices are in AED.
Go Rent reserves the right to request a deposit from you and use it in cases where you haven’t returned items within the order time, haven’t paid a loss or damage fee, or in case of any other violation of the rules. The amount will be calculated individually based on the size and composition of your order. The exact amount of the deposit can be clarified by the manager.
The security deposit can be given in cash or as a postdated cheque separately, which will be returned to you upon receipt of the items in good condition on the agreed date.
You can make a self-pickup from our warehouse in Dubai – Ras Al Khor Industrial Area 1 – 17 10D Street – Block D Store S01 from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. All items will be counted, and condition inspected upon collection and return.
If you want to save time and need full-cycle service, you can calculate the delivery cost when placing an order on the website. Choose the date and time. The delivery price is calculated for both delivery and return.
An additional fee is charged for delivery outside of Dubai – add the number of km outside of the emirate’s border when specifying the delivery details, and the website will calculate the amount automatically.
Setup includes installation and disassembly, unpacking items, rubbing dishes and glasses, placing products in the venue, ironing tablecloths and napkins, and washing and collecting dishes after the event.
You can add the setup option when placing an order on the website to calculate the exact amount of work and the time it will take. Setup and delivery are available even at night time for the basic price, with no additional fees.
Upon return, dishware, glassware, and flatware are expected to be free of any food debris and placed in their original boxes. Textiles, such as tablecloths and napkins, do not need to be washed before return.
It is strictly forbidden to use a dishwasher or abrasive materials and temperatures above 50 °C. It can cause damage to the products and erase the rim from plates and glassware. If you want your dishes to be washed, you can always order the setup service, in which the Go Rent staff will wash the dishes for you. Velvet tablecloths should be ironed from the backside to prevent heat from the iron from damaging the velvet fibers.
All cancellations must be made 2 days before the event date to avoid a cancellation charge. Refunds will only be processed through the website on the client’s account. Cancellations made within 2 days of the present date are non-refundable and will result in a 100% fee charge.
If you delay the order, a delay fee of 50% per day of the rental price will be charged. We recommend choosing the correct return dates when making your order, as adding an extra rental day in advance will only cost 25% of the base rental price.
The client’s responsibility is to ensure that all necessary permissions and security passes have been obtained to ease site access for the Go Rent crew.
Rental services are trendsetters in the issue of reasonable consumption. We value modern manufacturers who comply with environmental production standards and have a reasonable attitude towards packaging – we choose them as suppliers.
We are trying to completely eliminate the use of fragile and disposable packaging, which is a direct help to our planet. We do not use cardboard boxes or stretch wraps. Our team has come up with other ways of item protection, such as reusable boxes that preserve products during transportation and storage.
